Shipping charges are $6.00 for the first ornament and $1.00 for each additional ornament shipped in the same package.  We ship everything via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service.  During the off-season of February through June, we ship only on Tuesdays and Saturdays.  Please note: we do not ship express mail, overnight delivery, UPS, FedEx, etc. 

We only ship to the confirmed billing address of the credit/debit card you use for payment.  Paypal processes all our credit card payments, but you do not have to have a Paypal account to shop with us.  If you do have a Paypal account and want your order shipped to an address of a gift recipient, you can set that up within Paypal--but you must do so before you place your order. 

We do not ship to addresses outside the U.S.

If we make a mistake on your order, we will do everything possible to correct it.  Please inform us of any problems with your order within 7 days of receipt.

Please select carefully--2010 ornaments are not returnable for refund or exchange.

Retired ornaments and collectibles (2009 or older) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.  The return authorization number must be requested via email within 7 days of receipt of your order.  (If you request a return authorization number from us and haven't heard from us within 48 hours--CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.  We answer our email promptly, but sometimes our responses don't get through your email filters. ) Your return must be received by us within 10 days of the issue date of your return authorization number.   Shipping & handling charges are not eligible for refund.

Order cancellations that are requested prior to shipment will be subject to a $10 administrative processing fee.  If you request an order cancellation after your order has been shipped, the order will be subject to the terms for returns, not cancellations.
